Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes within the organization. This includes managing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring legal compliance, handling employee relations, and promoting corporate values while supporting business growth. The HR Manager will also serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts. Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations. Identify training and development needs for employees.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and reward systems. Ensure compensation strategies are competitive and comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws. Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Training & Development: Implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Promote leadership development initiatives.
  • HR Strategy: Work closely with senior management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support the company’s mission, culture, and values.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and retention. Conduct employee surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
  • HR Metrics: Track and report on HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment efficiency. Provide data-driven insights to improve HR operations.
  • HR Technology: Manage and optimize the use of HRIS and other HR-related systems for record-keeping, reporting, and employee self-service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or other HR executive roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Experience with HR software (HRIS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
