Position Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for

  1. Creating daily/weekly/monthly Purchase order list.
  2. Placing the order and routine follow up.
  3. Ensuring the quality and quality of Inbound goods as per specification and Purchase order.
  4. Perform Purchase return and vendor follow up for the same.
  5. Work with other Fulfillment teams to ensure accurate inventory level.
  6. Oversee demand planning and inventory management processes between different retail outlets and central store.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers promptly

Minimum Competencies Required for the position 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
