Primary Roles
- Minutes & Follow up
- Attend and actively participate in various business meetings across departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations).
- Take comprehensive minutes, capturing key decisions, action items, and deadlines & Distribute minutes promptly and ensure clear communication of next steps to all attendees.
- Prepare agendas and supporting materials for meetings to ensure efficient and focused discussions.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and action items, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to uncover trends and insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver regular performance updates and ad-hoc reports to management and stakeholders.
- Research & Presentation
- Conduct in-depth research on assigned topics relevant to the business strategy and operations as per the requirement of the presentation.
- Develop clear & visually appealing presentations when required.
- Confidentiality
- Strictly maintain confidentiality of important information & documents on behalf of the president.
- Project Management
.1 Assist with projects and initiatives as directed by the executives.
- Collaborate & ensure timely achievement of these projects.

Meeting Management: Track meeting attendance, minute accuracy, and action item completion.
Research & Presentations: Evaluate research quality, presentation clarity, and achievement of presentation goals.
Business Operations Support: Measure efficiency in tasks, identification of inefficiencies, and value of improvement suggestions.
Overall Performance Reporting : Track adherence to deadlines, collaboration skills, and professional development.

Minimum Competencies Required for the position
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Must have 1 year of experience in the relevant field
- Language: Nepali, English
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
