Position Summary

We are searching for a meticulous and reliable Financial Account Handling Person to join our team at Jeevee. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail financial accounts, providing exceptional support to both customers and internal teams.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

 

  • Process and maintain accurate records for customer financial accounts, including credit cards, loyalty programs, and store financing options.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, providing clear and concise information.
  • Resolve account issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze account data to identify potential problems and discrepancies.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and complete.
  • Perform account maintenance tasks such as updates, changes, and closures.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding financial security and data privacy.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams such as sales, customer service, and credit departments.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and regulations related to financial accounts.

Minimum Competencies Required for the position 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably with financial account management experience.
  • Strong understanding of basic financial principles and concepts.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to problem-solve.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
