• Motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide      excellent customer service
• Oversee all store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to create a visually appealing shopping experience
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and forecast future sales
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

Minimum Competencies Required for the position 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management 
• Knowledge about makeup and past experience as a makeup artist
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software (a plus)
