The SEO Specialist is responsible for managing all search engine optimization activities to increase website visibility and drive organic traffic. This role involves developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and analyzing performance data. The SEO Specialist works closely with the content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure best practices are followed and to achieve the company's digital marketing goals.

• Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, analyze performance metrics, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance, generate reports, and develop insights for optimization.
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with SEO goals, create and optimize content·
• Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to website structure, page speed, mobile usability, and other factors.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
• Manage and optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, URLs, and image alt text.
• Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and social media integration.
• Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting key metrics and progress towards goals.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and areas where our SEO efforts can gain a competitive edge.
