Position Summary

A Retail Sales Assistant, plays a vital role by assisting customers, managing merchandise, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience. You will be expected to provide accurate product information and handle transactions. You should have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends to provide style advice to customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  2. Assist customers with product selection and offer styling advice
  3. Process transactions and handle cash/card payments
  4. Maintain store organization and cleanliness
  5. Keep track of inventory and restock as necessary
  6. Follow company policies and procedures
  7. Meet sales targets and provide feedback on sales trends
  8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Prior retail sales experience preferred
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Knowledge of fashion trends and styles
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  7. Reliable and punctual

Shift Time: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM & 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM
