Position Summary

A Junior technician -IT, is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing computer hardware and related equipments.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
  • Handle Repair and maintenance of Telephone sets.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues promptly. Identify faulty components and implement solutions to hardware problems.
  • Recommend and implement hardware upgrades to enhance system performance and meet evolving user requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related network connectivity issues, including the installation and configuration of networking equipment.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, explaining technical issues in non-technical terms, and ensuring a positive customer service experience.
  •  Adhere to safety protocols and best practices when working with electrical components to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide the most effective solutions.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Telephone and PABX Knwoledge
  • Fluent in speaking Hindi Language 
  • SLC/SEE completed with hardware knowledge
  • CTEVT hardware training preferred specially for communication devices, telephones etc.
