Position Summary

The Growth Marketing Officer will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of campaign management, social media management and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a track record of implementing successful growth strategies and a passion for driving measurable results.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
  • Key Responsibilities: • Growth Strategy: o Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities, channels, and tactics.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.

 

  • Performance Marketing:
  •  Plan, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
  •  Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  •  Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

 

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  •  Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
  •  Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  •  Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance.

 

Customer Lifecycle Management

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
  •  Work closely with the product and customer success teams to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities for growth.
  •  Design and execute email marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and other retention initiatives.

 

  • Content and SEO:
  •  Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to create high-quality, engaging content that drives organic growth.
  •  Optimize website and landing pages for conversion and search engine performance.
  •  Stay updated on the latest SEO and content marketing trends and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in campaign management, social media management, content management or similar role in an eCommerce or digital marketing environment.

• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.

• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative growth ideas.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SEO and content marketing.

• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms

• Understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies
