Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and sharp Business Executive to work directly with the CEO. This is a high-impact role for someone who can seamlessly juggle executive support, strategic coordination, personal branding, and stakeholder management. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

1. Executive Support

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and communications.

  • Draft professional emails, presentations, and investor updates on behalf of the CEO.

  • Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and action items before and after meetings.

2. Operations & Project Coordination

  • Track and monitor strategic projects across multiple organizations, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Standardize and run monthly review processes across all companies.

  • Maintain and update a CEO Dashboard with KPIs and critical updates.

  • Act as the central point of coordination between business leaders.

3. Personal & Corporate Branding

  • Lead personal branding initiatives for the CEO, including thought leadership posts, LinkedIn updates, interviews, and speaking opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen corporate brand presence across all channels.

  • Ensure consistent messaging that aligns the CEO’s voice with the corporate vision.

  • Identify and secure opportunities for the CEO and companies to build influence within industry communities.

4. Stakeholder & External Relations

  • Liaise professionally with investors, board members, partners, and other key external stakeholders.

  • Draft and maintain high-quality communications representing the CEO and the Group.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and professional correspondence across all ventures.

5. Strategic Support

  • Anticipate CEO’s needs and provide insights, analysis, and proactive recommendations.

  • Conduct market, competitor, and performance research to support decision-making.

  • Identify potential operational risks and suggest preventive solutions before escalation.
