Position Summary

The Brand and Marketing Manager at The House of Salt will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our diverse fashion brands—Salt, Wasabi, Aadhya, Rang, and Pepper. This role is responsible for driving brand identity, marketing campaigns, content, team leadership, and creative production to elevate our market presence and connect with style-conscious audiences.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

1. Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute brand strategies for each label under the House of Salt umbrella.

  • Drive 360-degree marketing plans across digital, retail, influencer, and PR channels.

  • Analyze brand performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

2. Campaign, Content & Event Planning

  • Conceptualize and oversee seasonal campaigns, new launches, retail activations, and influencer collaborations.

  • Lead the planning and execution of in-house events and brand experiences.

  • Own the content calendar across all platforms (social, email, website, etc.).

3. Brand Identity & Guidelines

  • Maintain brand consistency and guidelines across all touchpoints for each sub-brand.

  • Collaborate with design, product, and retail teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visual identity.

4. Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a growing team of marketers, content creators, designers, and external partners.

  • Align team output with brand objectives and KPIs.

5. Visual Content & Product Shoots

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee creative product shoots for e-commerce, campaigns, and social media.

  • Work closely with photographers, stylists, and models to produce high-quality visual assets.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product, merchandising, e-commerce, and retail teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

  • Act as the brand custodian in all internal and external communication.

Requirement :

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle.

  • Strong creative sensibility with an eye for fashion and storytelling.

  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and campaign planning.

  • Experience with photoshoots and creative production.

  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
