We are seeking a proactive and commercially savvy Supply Executive to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in vendor management, procurement planning, and market analysis to ensure the right products are sourced at the right time and price.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors aligned with our product and quality standards.
• Lead price negotiations and finalize commercial terms with suppliers.
• Analyze market trends and internal sales data to guide procurement decisions.
• Determine sample and bulk quantities, and oversee product finalization.
• Prepare accurate and detailed purchase orders along with comprehensive product sheets for internal systems and marketplaces.
• Collaborate closely with import and retail teams to ensure the seamless execution of the product lifecycle.

Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in procurement, merchandising, or supply chain roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and sales data.
• High proficiency in Excel and procurement documentation.
• Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer goods preferred.
