Position Summary

We are looking for a Category Officer – Brand Management who will be responsible for handling multiple brands, driving growth strategies, and ensuring strong visibility for each brand on our platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external brand partners to optimize sales, enhance brand positioning, and execute strategic marketing initiatives.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

1. Brand & Category Management

  • Manage multiple brands within the assigned category, ensuring their growth and performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with brand partners to analyze performance and identify opportunities for growth.

2. Sales & Growth Planning

  • Work closely with brands to set monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth targets.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discount strategies, and bundle offers to drive sales.
  • Monitor pricing strategies, inventory levels, and demand forecasting to ensure optimal stock availability.

3. Visibility & Marketing

  • Plan and execute brand visibility initiatives, including homepage banners, category landing pages, and featured listings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand campaigns are well-integrated across PN, SMS, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Ensure brands are participating in key platform-wide sales events and promotions.

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms, promotions, and collaborations to maximize brand exposure and profitability.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth brand logistics and fulfillment.

5. Data & Performance Analysis

  • Track and analyze category and brand performance using data-driven insights.
  • Prepare reports on sales trends, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior to guide future strategies.
  • Use competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead in the industry.
