Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing electronic devices such as landline phone, mouse, keyword, CCTV 
• Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and benefits.
• Handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product updates.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Support inventory management, including restocking and tracking items.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in electronics.
• Strong knowledge of electronic devices and technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
