We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fulfillment Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of fulfillment center. This role involves managing inventory, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment to meet customer satisfaction goals.

1. Warehouse Operations:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the fulfillment center (warehouse), including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity, accuracy, and order fulfillment timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment compliant with safety standards.

2. Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast inventory needs based on demand patterns and sales trends.

3. Technology and Systems:

• Utilize inventory management systems and other relevant software to track inventory, optimize workflows, and monitor performance.

4. Team Management:

• Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop shift schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations during peak and non-peak periods.
• Address performance issues and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.

5. Logistics and Order Fulfillment:

• Coordinate with logistics providers to meet delivery commitments.
• Optimize packaging processes to reduce shipping costs and improve the unboxing experience for customers.
• Handle escalations related to shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, or order fulfillment issues.

6. Process Improvement:

• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations and reduce costs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitiveness.
