Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our brand, products, and services across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for marketing campaigns, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets, using tools like Canva and CapCut.
  • Manage social media accounts and develop content calendars to maintain a consistent brand presence and engage with our audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market research, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Ǫualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  •  2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools, such as Canva and CapCut.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with a keen eye for brand page and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
  • environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
